BSS:
Behavior Support Services
Behavior Support Services (BSS) provides specialized behavioral health support for adults with intensive needs, using evidence-based ABA strategies to promote independence, safety, and meaningful community integration.

What the
Program Offers
Behavior Support Services (BSS) delivers individualized, data-driven behavioral health support for adults 18 and older with significant behavioral challenges, including nonverbal individuals and those with high-level support needs. Grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the program focuses on tracking, analyzing, and transforming behaviors through structured intervention plans and consistent data graphing.
BSS serves both families in private home settings and partner organizations by providing direct support as well as training for caregivers and staff. Through hands-on coaching and ongoing guidance, the program equips support teams with the tools and strategies needed to promote appropriate behaviors, improve daily functioning, and create safer, more supportive environments at home and in the community.
