CAG:
Community Access Group
Community Access Group (CAG) supports adults with diverse abilities in building independence, social connection, and life skills through structured, community-based experiences.

What the
Program Offers
The Community Access Group (CAG) program provides supervised, community-based opportunities for adults to develop social, life, and functional skills in real-world settings. Designed for individuals 18 and older, including those with developmental and behavioral support needs, CAG focuses on increasing independence and confidence through guided activities such as community outings, daily living skill development, and social engagement.
Participants are supported by trained staff who provide individualized guidance, helping them navigate public spaces, build relationships, and practice appropriate behaviors in a variety of environments. The program creates a safe, structured space where individuals can grow, connect, and actively participate in their communities.
