About RCDC
Providing services thru Department of Behavioral Health and Development Disabilities as well as Department of Health and Human Services. Our programs facilitate community-based interventions for indivuals with Developmental and Behavioral challenges, currently Autism. In addition to homeless youth aging out the foster care system, we serve as the bridge from dependent to independent.
